Job Description Overview:
- To Manage all the vertical for the company which
includes Partners,Distributors.
- Doing HO align task or Goal Completion with in given
Time period.
- Seaching and Developing New ventures, and Potential
channel Partner, Providing them information about company, Product details
and related offers time to time.
- Briefing on product features and margins to the
Retailers.
- Assigning and assuring that all respective set of
partners meet their assigned targets, provinding them with internal
product and policy announcements.
- Handling the Sales team of Delhi and Haryana and also
the greviences of the related team and partners
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with
Distributors / Partners via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Handling team in Proper Manner.
- Downloading the information flow in the systematic way
and clear communication to all.
- Training and motivating the retailer, sales team to
achieve their targets there by resulting in achievement of the stated
targets.
- Analysing and mapping competitors and providing timely
information of new competitor launches, schemes to HO.
- Implementing various marketing strategies and try to
creat more visibility of our Brand.
- Motivating team to do their tasks with in the given
time.
- Timely doing Review and update to team about the
acheivement and pending things.
Required/Qualifications:
Education
- Graduate+MBA
- Must have handled atleast 1 State
Work Experience
- 8-10 Years
Knowledge and Skills
- Should have experience managing atleast 1 state
- Sound knowledge about the market and the partners and
also about the competition.
- Optimistic, Dedicated, Reliable, Multitasking ability,
Leadership Skill, Problem Solving Skill
