QUALIFICATION:

To provide detailed analytical reports, discuss on current projects with client and senior management and demonstrate tangible improvements to line for the business thorugh various analytical tools (1.) To provide detailed analytics such as end to end customer insights, data segmentation, customer CSAT, trend analysis, regression and correlation (2.) To design DB queries, ETL activities, formatting, integration & population through any analytics tools (3.) To work on Adhoc activities / regular reports / dashboard automation, data quality check (4.) Query handling and response on analytical reporting (5.) Regular call with client - work stack management (6.) Take requirements from client to handle change management - Client SLA management (7.) Team management - Documentation - data mart, meta data and flow charts
