Job Responsibilities
Sales Planning and Execution:
Sales Forecasting and planning
Plan and implement channel
Implementation and monitoring of sales process at dealerships
Manpower Availability and Training:
Ensure that Manpower, Infrastructure and processes
Train the Dealer Sales Team
Ensure Manpower retention of high performers
Liaison with Financers:
Retail finance management
Competition Tracking:
Ensure tracking of Competition information
Customer Interaction:
Meeting with Customers
