Understanding life of operations team agents, identify
automation opportunities in assigned processes and propose technical solutions
to robotize those manual activities (1.) Analyse the process to find fitment
and feasibility from perspective of RPA (2.) Probe and detail the As-is process
(3.) Prepare To-be automation solution (4.) Evaluate the solution developed
comparing it with the To-be solution documented (5.) UAT with client to get
sign-off on benefits proposed
